I understand that there may be unexpected occurrences that are out of our control, and so I ask for prompt notification if there is a need for a change in an appointment. Unfortunately, when someone does not show up for their appointment without informing me, it makes it difficult to fill the spot with someone from the wait list. Although I understand that life can be busy and sometimes people forget they have an appointment, I will only allow two no call/no shows. After that, any no call/no shows will result in a full charge for the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
