Cancellation Policy
Appointment Information & Policies
My goal is to provide every client with the time, attention, and care they deserve. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and, when missed, are often difficult to fill on short notice. To respect both my schedule and the needs of other clients, the following policies apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• If you are unable to make your appointment, you are welcome to have a friend or family member use your appointment time. The individual attending the appointment will be responsible for payment at the time of service, and no cancellation fee will be charged to the original appointment holder. Please notify me in advance if someone else will be attending in your place.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated missed appointments may limit future scheduling availability.
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments. The card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policies outlined above. Payment for services may still be made using your preferred method at the time of your appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be adjusted to fit within your reserved appointment time so that I may remain on schedule for other clients. The full appointment fee will still apply.
Illness Policy
If you are experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea, a contagious illness, or believe you may be coming down with an illness, please contact me as soon as possible and do not attend your appointment.
When your body is actively fighting an illness, rest is often more beneficial than massage. Massage may increase fatigue, body aches, and soreness, sometimes leaving you feeling worse rather than better as your body works to recover.
For the health and safety of both clients and practitioner, it is best to reschedule your appointment until you are feeling well.
If illness prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These policies help ensure that appointment times remain available and that every client receives the attention and care they deserve.
